Hello everyone! Welcome to our Deviantart page! We created this page in order to share the idea's and creations we've made as we go about our daily lives as well as the many books and comic's we've been writing in our free time. I will forewarn you! Some of it may not make sense! XD
So... I'm not really good at intro's and status updates and what not... so forgive me if this is short and plain without all the pazaz that some people throw on here! Trying my best here!
Anyway, let me tell you a little about us! As you can see, we are Mr. and Mrs. Stumpf. Weird last name right? I know. I've heard it all. Yet, last names aren't really a good way of saying who we are. My name is Daniel, age 21, and my beautiful wife's name is Margaret, age 18. We met three year's ago on a role playing site called Gaia Online. Ever heard of it? It use to be a pretty awesome place. Don't get me wrong, it's still around and stuff, but... well... it's just not as good as it use to be. Anyway! We met on Gaia in a RP based on the Seven Deadly Sins. She was Wrath, I was Pride. One thing led to another, and our characters ended up together in the RP. Now, we were friends outside the RP, but not to a great extent. We didn't talk much and mainly just RPed together as partners. Fast forward a bit, and we find that SINS died (Because of me, doh!) and Margaret and I went our separate way's (Or should I say, I decided to vanish off the face of the earth). This was in 09. I came back for a few month toward the latter part of the year, but would once again vanish after another RP called City of the Damned. Again, fast forwarding...
March 2012 roll's around, and I was able to finally remember my Gaia password after two year's of trying too. (Wouldn't you know it was the password I had been trying for two year's? Hah!) So, I finally get back in and I message her, telling her I was still alive. Boy was I surprised to see how excited she was to see me again. Still can't believe it. Any who... We start talking and catching up with each other, seeing what each of us had been up too, unaware that we had both fallen madly in love with each other. We talked and talked and talked, until, finally in May, we confessed our feeling's to each other and started our journey together. I won't lie, and neither will she, but at first, we didn't think this would work. You know how it goes... I could be some pedophile stalking girl's online... and she could actually be a dude in a basement... the whole "Internet scare of dating" shebang. She lived in Utah, I lived in California. Etc, etc. Blah blah blah. You get the gist. Despite our parents, despite our worries, and despite the statistic's, we refused to allow it to break us. To separate us. Our love was strong. We felt it was right, but it raised the question... would it still feel this way in person? Would there be that connection when we stood in front of each other? Though worry crept on us as always, again, we refused to let fear stop us from finding out. With that agreed on, we both made the decision of seeing each other in person within the next month to two. This would become a reality in July when I boldly, and fearfully, bought plain ticket's for me to fly out there from July 19th till the 23rd. As the day's crept closer and closer, nerves started to get the best of us and we started to grow more and more excited. I'll go ahead and skip our mushy text message phase and stuff. Haha. So, the 19th came around and we met at the Salt Lake Airport for the first time. Agreeing this wasn't a good first meeting ground, we headed for the Great Salt Lake and walked out into it's depths (Knee high for as far as I could see.) We talked and felt good. It wasn't until we took a walk around the famous Temple Square that we knew that this was it. This was the person we had been looking for. Some love here. Some love there. I'll spare you the detail's and keep your eye's from melting. XD
I ended up moving out here In September. We were married on 9/11, and have been happy ever since. Sure, we've had some bumpy roads, but hey, who doesn't?
Anyway...
So, as to what were up to now... we are currently working on a story that we plan on publishing later on. The title for now is the Seven Deadly Sins. The story is based on seven war orphans from around the world that were kidnapped by a group called the SD and turned into super soldiers based on the SINS. In term's to how it works, we both write the story, but I'm more so the idea and story maker where as she is character developer as well as the main artist for them, until I can get better.
Speaking of which, if you wanna see some of ehr old art, check out ban-ban-bunny. She's got talent!
Anyway (I've said that alot huh?), that's all I really got... Like I said... not good at thse kinda thing's. So...
BAGOSH!
Welcome to our page! And I hope you enjoy your stay!
